Leveraged a set of Airbnb data containing all the properties listed on their website by April 2022 to predict rental prices based on 90+ variables like location, amenities, cancellation policies, reviews, etc.
Explored and wrangled the data to be suitable for building forecasting models, followed by the deployment of linear, random forest, boosting, ranger, and XGBoost models that were tested on a training data set.
