Front desk( check in/out, inventory of room physical condition before student moves in, check off damages that already exist, monitoring computer monitor of all 4 / floors of student residence activity, walk hall duty every (2 hours), secure all exit doors/ windows on each floor, check study hall to make sure it is utilized for educational use, check computer lab( quiet level, cleanliness), washroom sweep/ mop daily, keep front area and all 4/ floors clean and safe, windows clean and clear, sweep/mop front lobby area, write up sphysical incident reports, contact parent of emergency occurrence involving their child, fire drill(make sure all students on each floor are awake and vacate premises immediately).
