Human Resources Manager/ Recruiter 08/2022- 03/2023 Duties: Lead and directed the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including utilizing all functions of an HRIS (Paylocity and ADP), process improvement, employee relations, recruiting and staffing, compensation, benefit administration, and training and onboarding.

Implemented an HRIS (ADP) to enhance organizational effectiveness. Was responsible for the successful enrollment and training of 200 plus employees on the utilization of the system. Trained new recruiters on recruiting fundamentals such as cold calling, ATS management, lead generation and high school and college campus recruiting to increase lead generation and build community relations. Supervised inmates serving time in a state prison. Enforced rules, kept inmates from harming themselves, other inmates, prison guests, and staff members. Conducted inspections for contraband and wellness, disciplined inmates through written communication with the prison staff, and solved disputes. Maintained order in my assigned cell blocks.

• SECURITY: Conducted security checks throughout each shift to ensure the safety of the inmates in each cell block. Performed inspections on inmate cells while maintaining vigilance and a security-oriented mind to ensure that each inspection was done without incident to either the inmate, nor myself and other correctional officers.

Captured images of bones, and other anatomical parts for doctors to diagnose and treat various physical and medical ailments. Operated imaging equipment and used advanced knowledge of human anatomy, and radiation biology to capture images with the least amount of radiation exposure to patients. Also performed administrative tasks such as quality checking radiographical studies before exporting them to various medical facilities upon request.

• ANALYSIS: Analyzed patients as they came into the radiology department in order to determine the best method to capture the ordered images on the doctor’s requests. Was able to maintain order in instances where patients had suffered trauma and were unable to cooperate during the exam.

• THERAPY ASSISTANCE: Assistance in radiation therapy treatments by ensuring that the medically allowable limits were not reached or exceeded in radioactive medicines. Frequently inspected department leads, which were protection aids, to eliminate the use of damaged equipment.
