PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Sr Site Acquisition/Project Manager (West Region), Starry, Inc. (Mar 2019-Oct 2022) – Remote role based in Las Vegas, NV.

Led the business development and network expansion of the wireless internet service provider (WISP) network projects for multiple markets in the western United States (Denver, Greater LA, Las Vegas, Reno, Phoenix).

●Primary lead for the identification, evaluation, and approval of over 4,000 sites proposed for market expansion, including establishing relationships with site influencers/owners, generating and presenting proposals, and managing contract negotiations through to signatures.

●Established budgets and forecasted expenses for each contracted transmission site, while tracking and reporting on leasing, materials, and ISP and OSP costs versus budgets and KPIs.

●Evaluated potential sites and pursued sites where revenue opportunities allowed for CFBE to be achieved within 9 months. Worked directly with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure the captured subscriber base from any potential transmission site met or exceeded revenue goals.

●Integrated Site Acquisition team with Sales, Marketing, Construction, Supply Chain, and Network Monitoring teams for end-to-end management of over 200 business development and growth projects.

●Implemented staffing development plans for team members including leadership training, evaluations, and career growth opportunities.

Project Manager / Business Analyst: Operations, Facilities and Finance, Stage Fund, LLC (Apr 2010 – Jan 2019)

As a founding partner in a Denver based Private Equity firm, I simultaneously managed numerous teams and projects during the turnaround and restructuring of over 17 businesses in various industries.

●Responsible for management and leadership of projects and teams for all portfolio companies in the areas of Accounting, Human Resources, Facilities, Tax, Legal, Regulatory, Banking, IT, Office Management, Contracts, Reporting, Insurance, Customer and Vendor services.

●Primary point of contact responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization's back-office functions through FTE's, contractors/consultant, and 3rd-party vendors.

●Worked directly with customer and vendor teams to re-establish trust and relationships, allowing the company to continue operations and move towards profitability.

oManaged the design and development of a software application used by the Merger and Acquisition group to track the implementation of circuits for Soft Switch Deployment.

oImplemented system, trained user community, and developed over 50 customized reports for all levels of organization.

oResult: Established single point of entry, standardized entrance criteria and enforced process flow allowing for a customer estimated savings of over $2.2 M in transition penalties and implementation fees.

●Riverview Holdings

oRecruited as a Consultant / Engineer for a holding company created to house assets of a repossessed company. Tasked with the reallocation and sale of equipment located in 650 sites nationwide.

oLiaison with sales and technical support teams, liquidation firm, co-location companies, and attorneys to verify ownership, determine functionality and value of hardware / interconnections and to perform due diligence in the sale of functional equipment.

oResult: Determined value of $10M worth of salvageable equipment, coordinated removal, transported equipment to warehouse locations and trained buyers on use of equipment.

●Facial Link, LLC

oManaged the design and development of a web-based visitor management software application utilizing high-tech facial recognition biometrics as the primary matching technology.

oThe system was deployed into customers in the healthcare, education and retail industries and is used to track visitors and guests of their facilities.

oResult: Delivered the application used as the base product provided by a small startup company. Currently utilized in 5 locations using 10 stations with sales and marketing efforts on-going.
