− Examine the tender documents (Instruction to Tenderers, Scope of Works, Drawings, Specification, B.O.Q and Methods of calculation, Preambles, ADDENDUMS, Form of Tender, Special and General Conditions of the Contract, Contract Agreement, Bid and Performance Bond, Insurance, … Etc.)

− Highlight any critical issues or clauses of special conditions within the contract terms that have any financial impact or impose certain commitments/ responsibilities and obligations to my company and discuss the same with the Top Management.

− Study the tender requirements and obligations for the type of Bid Bond, Performance Bank Guarantees, Advance Payment Bank Guarantees, Insurance Policies, and Special Requirements and discuss the same with the concerned departments.

− Raise RFIs to the Client whenever need eth clear any ambiguities in the tender documents.

− Prepare the corresponding RFPs to sub-contractors and suppliers based on the RFP with the Clients, analyze the different quotations and negotiate with the subcontractors AND SUPPLIERS TO OBTAIN THEIR FINAL OFFERS AND TERMS.

− Submit the Offer Proposal to the Client with all needed supporting documentations/Pre-qualifications.

− If Awarded the Job and after deciding with the management on the wining sub- contractors, edit the necessary Letter of Intent and/or the Sub-Contract Agreement for the different trades and rise the Purchases Orders along with their special terms and conditions for both local and overseas materials Purchasing.

− Control and manage the projects correspondence for letters in and out (Notifications, Possession of site, Delays of works, Claims for Extension of time for completion Noncompliance with contract specifications and requirements, etc..) likewise, control the correspondence related to Revised Schule which has contractual and finical impact.

− Manage and Keep record of all SWIs or Instruction for Variation, Cancellation, modifications, additional works, stoppage or pause of Works. And prepare the corresponding claim for Related Cost and Time Extension.

− Manage and control the monthly and final statements, payment certificates, payment of retention, statement of completion, defects liability certificates . . .etc. whether with the client or with the different sub-contractors.
