Responsibilities:

Responsible for all ICT aspects of South Sudan mission. Coordination of ICT activities in ensuring efficiency and effective manner. Also acted as technical focal point for 3 months during absence of technical coordinator.

Introduced, configured and led to the deployment of an ICT help desk system within the first month this has reduced the IT incident turnaround time by about 75%.
