Sr Manager/Vice president or team lead

Job Purpose

Perform less complex application development and maintenance such as requirement analysis, system design, prepare system and program specification, and testing to ensure the application can run smoothly following defined business rule and able to support the business process and bank’s operation within agreed SLA.

2.Prepare system functional and technical specification design for developers to follow

3.Create all necessary project documents for systems/programs as required by business unit, operation, and IT/TO, based on CMMI standards

4.Propose the best solution based on user requirement

5.Prepare technical documentation and instructional manuals relevant to the establishment and functioning of entire operational systems

6.Perform 24 hours to support on investigation and recovery of production problem that involving application failure

7.Coordinate the development of test plan and test script to debug the system and participate in trial runs of the systems

8.Prepare progress report for all work performed

1.All new or enhanced programs are delivered within the agreed timeline, requirements, and quality

2.Most efficient and effective system designs from standards, based on the requirements

3.All projects/systems/solutions are well documented based on CMMI standards

4.All solutions given on the new requirement or enhancement are compliant to IT architecture and IT infrastructure policies

5.Thorough system related documents and instruction manuals to support the operation of the systems

6.All application failure related problems can be resolved within the shortest time limit

7.Ensure the delivery of a bug free system to production
