Attend meetings (ie: daily meeting with Director of Care, Care Plan Rounds and Multidisciplinary Family Conference).
Participate in Fall and Restraint Committee.
Attend to critical incidents (ie: missing resident, injuries).
Provide education and emotional support to resident and family member in care planning.
Served as charge Nurse for residents with psychiatric disorders and various medical diagnosis.
Provide behavioural and emotional support.
Orient, Mentored and preceptor for new Nurse
Manage daily appointments. Arranged transportation/escorts and coordinate with appropriate parties for the scheduled appointments.
