NASCO builds software that revolutionizes business operations for Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans for over 23 million members.
Identify, assess, and evaluate training needs, prioritize learning goals, and strategize approaches. Conceptualize, design, develop, maintain, and deploy enterprise training and learning solutions, including user guides, exercises, role-play scenarios, mock calls knowledge assessments, and ILTs presentations. Manage contract instructional designers and technical writers; allocate resources, assign and coordinate tasks, maintain time lines, develop estimates up to 1million dollars, and report progress. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders in rapidly evolving, deadline-driven Agile development environment. Create and adhere to timelines and budgets. Oversee full life cycle program development from providing initial estimates, initial concept though testing and acceptance criteria. Interview, contract, and direct talent.
Program Facilitator Projects
• Horizon, New Jersey, HM Health Solutions, Pennsylvania: Created comprehensive curriculum for customer service representatives pilot training. Analyzed business goals and managed appropriate technological processes and resources, including instructor led (vILT)PowerPoint presentations, live product demonstrations, user and exercise guides, role-play / mock calls, and hands-on use case training scenarios. For Horizon, performed onsite Train the Trainer (T3) for 12 instructors to send them worldwide to train over 900 agents. For HM Heath Solutions T3, trained 18 agents virtually. Average assessment score 92%.
• Designed PowerPoint storyboards for instructional designers to develop stand- alone videos in Camtasia to be used as backup if system was to go down during training.
• Storyboarded, and programmed WBTs in Captivate as a third option for current and future users of the software.
Webex Training
• Presented engaging and productive on-demand demonstrations, lectures, workshops, seminars and T3 training utilizing polls and breakouts to retain attendee focus and retention.
Web Based Training Project
• Outlined, designed and developed a WBT course “How to Conduct a SME Review” in Adobe Captivate. Presented this course to a group of current and new SMEs to bring them up to speed on processes and procedures around how to navigate on SharePoint to find, download and markup their files using Adobe Acrobat.
