* Provide training to pieceworkers, to make them aware of all standards.
* Give mentorship and assistance to staff members, to ensure they deliver high-quality services.
* Oversee the work of all pieceworkers and provide support where required.
* Inspect each room, bathroom, hallway, kitchen, and patio, to ensure that high standards of housekeeping are adhered to.
* Determine issues with housekeeping efforts and provide staff members with feedback regarding quality management.
* Identify any security concerns, and report any damages, theft, or found articles to the property authority.
* Ensure work orders are submitted for any maintenance issues found in the units.

Answer incoming calls and returning phone calls.
