PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS

• Architected, designed, developed, tested, and deployed an award winning MicroStrategy iPad application for The Coca-Cola Company’s McDonald’s Division. The iPad reduced the time creating manual reports by 100%. This allowed the MCOMs to breeze though semi-annual reporting updates with each franchisee in under 20 minutes versus a few hours. It allowed the MCOM’s to focus on selling versus creating hundreds of manual reports. The paper-based reporting only allowed for specific KPI, as some were unknown how to calculate manually. The new MicroStrategy iPad application presented all of the KPI’s by various levels all stakeholders desired to see. Many screens displayed data at a summary level, and provided the ability to drill-down, up, or across to additional levels of aggregation. The Coca-Cola Company McDonald’s iPad application won the best-in-class mobile application award at the MicroStrategy World Convention in 2013

• Lead Solutions Architect for a new MicroStrategy iPad application for AllianceBernStein. During the discovery and requirements gathering phase I documented 900 hundred requirements. Some key features of the mobile application included complex write-back functionality to Salesforce and Salesforce data sourced back into the mobile application near real-time. Another feature involved integrating with a 3rd party company called Market Metrics to provide comparisons between AllianceBernStein’s and their competitors. The AllianceBernstein MicroStrategy iPad mobile application won best-in-class mobile application at the MicroStrategy World Convention in 2020. In addition, it received an award at Dreamforce 2020, which is Salesforce’s annual convention PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Perficient, Inc.

St. Louis, MO

Apr 2018 - Sept 2022

Solutions Architect

• Spearheaded a MicroStrategy 2021 upgrade for Merck Pharmaceuticals. The current production environment was used by 3,000+ mobile users worldwide. Merck utilized MicroStrategy’s Cloud for hosting, so I was able to upgrade and test with a copy of the Metadata, without impacting the development team. The new 2021 environment had 2 clustered Intelligence servers, 2 web servers running IIS, and 2 mobile servers running IIS with load balancers for the web and mobile servers. I installed and configured the new 2021 environment, modified several dozen scripts that ran stored procedures in SQL Server, and tested hundreds of reports, data, and SQL via Integrity Manager

• Prototyped several MicroStrategy dashboards for various groups at The Coca- Cola Company, leading to increased revenue for Perficient

• Developed a MicroStrategy project for Coca-Cola’s growing Freestyle machine business worldwide. The project included 30+ new dashboards for viewing on an iPad or web browser

• Provided strategic recommendations for a new data warehouse, and an enterprise reporting solution for high-end retailer Neiman Marcus

• Data mined key KPIs from Spirit AeroSystems (Manufacturer of Airplane parts) legacy Delphi system that was their enterprise reporting platform, in addition to Microsoft Excel. Created a data analytics and BI reporting roadmap to migrate their reporting to Microsoft Azure and build a modern Azure SQL data warehouse and use PowerBI for reporting, because of a steep discount Spirit AeroSystems would receive based on their current Azure licensing

• Partnered with Otter Products and the Perficient cloud teams to quickly move 8 on-premises Windows SQL Server database servers to Microsoft Azure VM’s. In addition, I created a roadmap for Otter’s data analytics and enterprise reporting requirements using Azure’s SaaS products for their ETL process. I recommended they perform a comparison between the various enterprise reporting tools. Based on their stakeholder requirements for reporting, both IT created reports and ad-hoc reports created by savvy business users were Page 5

required. Researching and white boarding the various enterprise reporting tools was an exercise I recommended. Detail the pros and cons of each tool, will help them choose the best business intelligence reporting tool for their company Southport Services Group, LLC.

Ashburn, VA

Oct 2016 - Apr 2018

Solutions Architect

• Lead Solutions Architect for a new MicroStrategy iPad application for AllianceBernStein a financial services company in New York. During the discovery and requirements gathering phase I captured over nine hundred requirements. I worked closely with our internal UX/UI designer to quickly prototype the look and feel of the application, with the goal to obtain sign-in off from client prior to developing 30+ MicroStrategy dashboards. This greatly reduced formatting time, because the UX/UI for the dashboards was completed up front. Spent many hours data mapping database tables and views in Sybase to support the requirements. As the lead I helped design two of the more complicated requirements. One was to provide the ability for an end user to write- back data to Salesforce and have that data display near real-time within the new iPad app once written to Salesforce. The second was pulling data from a third- party provider called Market Metrics. In addition, ensuring our team remained focused, delivering on time, and within the total hours and dollars allocated for each resource in the statement of work

• Managed 5 junior and senior professional service consultants, while billing full- time at other clients

• Performed analysis and scoped several new projects for Cola-Cola, leading to increased revenue for Southport

• Architected, designed, developed, tested, led UAT testing alongside key Coca- Cola business stakeholders, implemented, and supported several new MicroStrategy projects for Coca-Cola’s Freestyle Machine business worldwide

• Spearheaded a project for Kindred Healthcare, a home healthcare business with the goal to eliminate all manual reporting. Documented the requirements from the primary stakeholders, designed data warehouse changes, architected, developed, and implemented new MicroStrategy web-based dashboards to replace Kindreds manual Excel based reporting

Implantable Provider Group, Inc.

Alpharetta, GA

Sept 2013 - Oct 2016

Senior Business Intelligence Developer

• Architected, designed, developed, tested, and implemented ten MicroStrategy dashboards working alongside IPGs Chief Innovation Officer and the Finance Team. The goal of the application was to receive monthly healthcare claims data Page 6

from Anthem and BCBSFL and develop a MicroStrategy web-based solution for Anthem and BCBSFL to analyze the data provided to IPG after it was processed through our internal data analytics system. The application built in MicroStrategy provided Anthem and BCBSFL, with KPI’s proving that both health plans would save millions each year using IPGs medical device savings program. In addition, our internal data processing system revealed hundreds of millions in savings for Anthem, BCBSFL, and patients. The savings would have been realized had 80 - 90% of the implant surgeries been completed in an ambulatory surgery center versus an expensive hospital stay

• Developed a set of MicroStrategy dashboards working with the finance team to compare procedure and device costs using IPGs implant and site of care programs

• Developed a new MicroStrategy iPad application to reduce the time onboarding ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) into IPG’s implantable device savings program. The current process gook 4 - 6 weeks on average to onboard a new ASC. The process was manual, and IPG was at the mercy of the person or people completing the paperwork and mailing or faxing it back to IPG. The new MicroStrategy iPad application I created gave the sales team the ability to input all required data while meeting with the ASC. The data was input, written back to a SQL Server database at IPG, and accessible by the Operations team to complete the onboarding process. The new iPad application reduced the timeframe to onboard a facility from 4 - 6 weeks, to 2 days or less. That a time savings of 94 - 96%. In addition, IPG could start working with the new ASC and additional revenue was realized much faster

MicroStrategy Inc.

Tysons Corner, VA

Feb 2011 - Sept 2013

Specialist Consultant

• Documented the requirements, architected, designed, developed, tested, and implemented a MicroStrategy mobile application for The Coca-Cola McDonald’s Division. The McDonald’s Customer Operations Managers (MCOMs) spent several days each month putting reports together for their semi-annual meetings with each McDonald’s restaurant franchisee in their purview. The new MicroStrategy iPad application pulled data from a SQL Server data warehouse created for the project, containing all of the data sources combined into one data warehouse. In addition to the current manual report data that was produced semi-annually, the mobile application provided many key insights into core brands and beverages, trend analysis, financial data, maintenance details about the equipment leased or purchased from Coca-Cola by the restaurant owner. During the project I led a team of two developers from Warsaw Poland to develop customizations using MicroStrategy’s SDK functionality. The SDK developers created a wrapper around the new application, so it was branded and installed as a Coca-Cola application, not a MicroStrategy application. The application was released to Coca-Cola’s internal app store in 2012, and in 2013 the iPad mobile application won best-in-class mobile solution at the MicroStrategy World convention

• Spearheaded a performance engagement for BBVA Compass Bank. Hundreds of users including upper management and c-suite executives were unable to use their MicroStrategy iPad application for several days, which was unacceptable. I analyzed the dashboards, datasets, intelligent cubes, and project/intelligence server level settings, and was able to resolve the performance issues in one day. Due to the quick turnaround, I was given the opportunity to demo the application to BBVA Compass Banks c-suite executives and BBVA Compass Banks headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama. Showing how quickly the screens rendered and all of the issues were resolved

• Developed several MicroStrategy reports for AutoTrader using their Big Data Netezza database

• Led a team of consultants from Warsaw, Poland to build a new MicroStrategy iPad application for thousands of sales reps spread across the United States for The Home Depot

Macy’s Systems and Technology Inc.

John’s Creek, GA

Jun 2000 - Nov 2010

Systems Specialist - Logistics and Supply Chain Business Unit

• Completed a two-year technical and business program at Macy’s Systems and Technology. The program included six weeks of training on Macy’s IBM AS400 system, to become proficient coding in COBOL, CICS, and JCL. After the training was complete, I was assigned to the Logistics and Supply Chain Business Unit, working in various departments programming in COBOL, CICS, JCL, Visual Basic, Unix shell scripts, HTML, Oracle, MicroStrategy, and Crystal Reports

• In 2007, I became the technical lead (i.e., Systems Specialist) for the entire business intelligence team within the Logistics and Supply Chain BU. I worked closely with other business stakeholders to provide reports and dashboards for Macy’s distribution center managers, directors, and vice presidents daily. All reporting was produced via MicroStrategy, Narrowcast Server, and Crystal reports

• Member of the design review board in the Logistics and Supply Chain BU, as the lead technical resource for the BI team. All of the lead resources from each group in Logistics were on the design review board. Different groups within our business unit would meet with the design review board to review projects slated for a Production implementation within 2 - 4 weeks. As a member of the design review board, the projects list of components slated to move to Production were reviewed. I addition, we asked business and technical questions, and reviewed the teams UAT results. The design review board was the last step in the process prior to moving new code, or modified code to Production. Throughout their project each team had several milestones where they presented their business requirements, infrastructure and application architecture changes, database changes, and code changes. The design review board was the final step in the Page 8

process to ensure those steps were completed. We reviewed their business requirements, infrastructure, architecture, database and code changes. Finally, we reviewed the teams back out strategy, in case something goes wrong during the deployment. Depending on the team, our goal was to ensure no disruption to the receiving and movement of merchandise at Macy’s distribution centers and stores. The impact from a bad release could cost thousands or millions if all distribution and return centers, and stores were impacted

• Spearheaded the development of hundreds of business intelligence reports and dashboards using MicroStrategy’s tool suite

• Architected, developed, implemented, and administered hundreds of MicroStrategy reports and dashboards that were emailed or sent via FTP to a network location used to systematically send reports and dashboards to leadership at all of Macy’s distribution and return centers throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam
