•Developing new products based on the project requirements through APQP approach. Lead the CFT team for the new development with supplier

•Continuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery, and technology.

• Assist in the supplier technical audit process and evaluate supplier performance and capability, drive continuous improvement opportunities at supplier.

• Assist with quality problem resolutions and incident management, drive root cause and correction action. Problem Solving

• Electromechanical assemblies, Plastic moulding, Rubber moulding, Draw and deep draw, Machining, welding, brazing.

Parts Developed:

Functional Roles & Responsibilities Experience

•Prepare Timing plan frame for each project (APQP) & Sub supplier timing plan.

•Feasibility report preparation for the new product RFQ (Including material, Machining rubber & plastic moulding, sheet metal, & SPM process).

•Cost working for the new product (Including material, Manpower, Machine, packing, tooling etc)

•Prototype sample preparation & submit the samples to customer and follow-up with customer for approval.

•Internal Product Validation / Process validation of New Product Samples /Proto samples

•Design and implement the line setup for series production (Machines/ Equipment’s/SPM/ Presses etc)

•Design the Fixtures / gauges /Jigs for the Proto / Series Production

•Conduct the CFT meeting & Coordinate for Customer Audits/ Sample approvals (PPAP /ISIR/Process)

•To make product related documents like APQP timing plan, PFD, PFMEA, Product drawings / parts drawing, PPAP, etc.

•Organize the Material or Components / Testing instruments / EOL testing sourcing

•To handover the new product with appropriate documents like Process instruction, setup instruction, Control plan, Process flow diagram, Product drawing, Bill of material etc

•To add bill of material in ERP
