Responsible for Pumps, Valves, Actuators & Gearboxes, Motors removing from the site and overhauling & servicing in the workshop and installing back to the site.

Done to overhaul multiple manufacturers API610, Non API Centrifugal Pumps, Submersible pumps, and Reciprocating pumps. After overhauling check the parts and took the measurement then making initial condition report. Maintain the Stationary and rotary part in between clearances as per standard then assembling the pumps and making final report. Done shaft alignment with Laser and Dial gauge method.

Overhauled mechanical seals and done Lapping & Flatness checking.

Done to impeller & rotor dynamic balancing used by SATURN balancing machine.

Done to overhaul Isolation valves and Control valves. Then done seat and disc lapping and Blue match checking.

Done to Various standard and class valves Air & Hydro valve seat, back seat and Body leak test used by VENTIL leak testing machine.

I worked as a Mechanical Technician in following combined cycle gas turbine models major overhauling, commissioning and preventive maintenance job;

Worked in Alstom 13E2 MXL2 and Alstom 13DMC type machines and its Auxiliaries.

Responsible for A, B, C, Type Inspections.

Perform inspection, repairs, preventative and emergency maintenance on all operating system and its auxiliaries.

Worked Generator rotor pulling and checked air gap clearances.
