Oversaw the Engineering Design, Engineering and Operations Records, Pipeline Historical Documentation, and new GIS team. Ensuring schedules were met, while complying with the requirements of engineering and operational records along with the compliance of auditory and reporting obligations to state and federal governing agencies. Included seven geographically dispersed teams supporting a $1,200,000,000 annual budget of capital and O&M projects. Placing an average of one pipeline mile in service daily and 10,000 H.P. of compression in service monthly. Provided training courses to Operations and construction personnel on project closure. Authored, updated, standards and procedures for operations division. Implemented processes to monitor state, county, and local roadway construction minimizing encroachment of company’s pipelines, saving $450,000 annually. Increased records department production by 100% and throughput by over 45%. SME for the first ever EDMS environment in the pipeline industry for the organization of drawings. Project Director for special projects; 1) Pipeline Integrity/GIS system for five pipeline operating companies totaling 33,000 mi. of pipeline with a $1.5 mil budget. 2) Geospatial pipeline compliance database migration/conversion within a $500,000 budget. 3) Migration of operational compliance records for pipeline operating companies, required the scanning of DOT, OSHA, and EPA records. 4) Design and execution of an EPA incident management tool for a liquids pipeline. 5) Coordinated the scanning and indexing of over 350,000 drawings into EDMS. 6) Relocation of the organization consisting of 320 personnel across 8 floors, consolidating to 3.5 floors, project included: procurement, design of space, furniture, design of local network with interfaces to corporate network.
