Make sure that insurance policies are active and correspond to the specific loan.

Review documentation provided by Insurance companies, make sure that all payee codes are correct so we can disburse payments.

Process Quick payments, overnighting or sending priority mail so they can be on time and policy would not cancel.

Send notifications to borrowers if needed about needing proof of insurance or in cases that we may not be able to pay their new policy as a prior payment has been disbursed.

Make outbound calls to Insurance agents/ Insurance companies to verify discrepancies.
