2 years as Senior Extrusion Operator (Blown film)

Recently, working here as Senior production operator on Three Layer blown film extrusion “JINMING Plant”.

Solving all technical issues on 3-Layer blown film line specially extruder wear and tear, winder problems and PLAST CONTROL PLC issues.

Monitoring all Technical parameters of machine like chiller temperature, extruders zone and Die temperature, Plast-control gauge variation, Haul-Off Rotation, Edge guider sensor, Surface treatment unit and winding issues.

Designing all types of recipes design for Shrink Grade, Lamination Grade, Nylon film and Oil packaging.

Understanding Rheological parameters of material that helps to better selection of resin for every application of end user.

Using all tips to maintain maximize production and minimize waste.

Have developed all Quality parameters of lamination film like Dart impact testing, COF testing and shrinkage testing, Tensile testing and Surface treatment testing.

Job and order planning according to Machine and Material availability and customer’s printing schedule.

Direct contact with Chines machine Supplier for better understanding machine parameters and to overcome problems.

Have visited DUBAI EXPO-2019.

3 years as Extrusion Plant Operator (Blown Film)

Have worked as Extrusion Blown Film Operator on Five Layer and Three Layer “RAJOO Plant”.

With hand work experience on Five layer, Three layer, ABA and mono layer machines.

Had to solved all technical issues on five layer plant specially extruder wear and tear, winder problems and Auto-dosing issues.

Disassembled the middle Extruder (barrier layer) for cleaning purpose and again assembled it nicely. Also, changed the Teflon bush of one extruder.

Die head cleaning and die setting with filler-gauge, IBC Fan and Exhaust air pipes and Fan cleaning.

Had responsible for total Start-up and shut down the plant, cleaning process and maintenance.

Monitored all the recipes design for Lamination Grade, Shrink Grade, Nylon film and Oil packaging.

Here we had developed first time PP base LDPE blown film that is alternate of CPP film and can be metalized that reduced customer cost.
