We were an automotive-staffed and advertising event company. I would do all the direct marketing mail, text, and tv, as well as email and radio, to target homes around the dealership. The sales were 5-10 day sales depending on the dealer. we averaged 34-40 more cars and trucks new and used over and above what the dealer was currently doing during that time we were in the dealership. We also increased on average the gross profit to $5300.00 per unit. This was achieved on new and used inventory. We were able to become the second-largest sales event company in the United states as well as Canada for over 15 years.

General manager/partner. this was a single-point Dodge store that I was given the opportunity to run as well as buy in and become a new car dealer in 1991. The dealership was brand new at the time and I was responsible for staffing the entire store from sales, to service, office personnel everything! I brought 10 salespeople and 3 managers with me from me from my team at Bob Dance Dodge in orlando fl, where id learned the business and was able to get my start. After 1 1/2 we were in the top ten producing stores in the country in sales and profit. I learned very quickly what to do and was the top salesperson after 3 months, earning me my first manager job as a team leader. I recruited, trained, and was with my guys 24/7! It took 6 months to beat out the other 7 teams but we did it in 6 months. I then trained as a desk manager, and not soon after the general manager.

I've spent 34 years in the automotive business, from detail to dealer principle, and I'm not done yet! I'm currently proficient in almost all dealer crms, and above average in marketing, email, direct mail, texts radio, print, and tv advertising. I consider myself as a great trainer, motivator, and one of the top automotive people in the country. I sold my consulting company in 2022 so I could spend some time with my mother here in Florida over the last year and I'm now ready for the next chapter.
