1. Boiler pressure and non pressure parts maintenance experience. 2. Rotating and Static Equipments Maintenance Experience Like Steam Turbine, Pump, Fan, Motor, Compressor, Gear box, Valves. 3. Alignment experience in all type of Rotating Equipments. 4. Assembling and dismantling of all type of Equipments. 5. Reading and Analyze Machine Drawings.

RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED:-

Inspection, execution and monitoring of activities related to annual overhauling, shutdown maintenance, breakdown maintenance & preventive maintenance of the boiler including pressure and non pressure parts as per following details

Thickness measurement by ultrasonic digital thickness gauge of water wall, super heater economizer.

All fan Maintenance, Lubrication, Pumps, Valves, Coolers, Hydraulic cylinders overhauling & Preventive maintenance.

Turbine & Generator general bearing inspection and DP checking.

Condenser re-tubing and hydraulic testing.

Maintenance Experience in ID fan, FD fan, PA fan, HF fan scanner air fans, bearing, air pre-heater (tubular and regenerative)

Maintenance Experience in Soot blowers & ducting.

Maintenance of lifting tools & tackles.

Preparation of maintenance records of above mentioned areas.

Planning of materials, tools and tackles.
