Responsibilities

Customer service, answer phones (multi-line), work on my computer (excel, OTM, mainframe), enter drivers information, make up packets for deliveries, two way radio, fix the paperwork for overweight trailers and quality control trailers, backhauls (written and computer processing) and help reassign store delivery times to failed deliveries.

Accomplishments

I worked second shift to clean up anything undone on first shift including service failures as well as second shift's job and if needed help with third shift's work.
