Provided full installation & coordination of new mechanical, electrical and plumbing for the entire building, new building lobby, installed backup generator for building, two passenger elevators, cooling tower and mechanical programming wiring, 8,000 amp electrical service for building and future tenants.

Coordinate and supervise: Optical motoring, vibration monitoring, site of excavation and surveying. Soil, Concrete & Contamination removal, drilling of concrete and soil mix secant piles, installation of walers - heel blocks and kickers.
