Successfully launched two Toyota wheel hub lines. Purchased new equipment and gauging to setup two full scale lines with CNC turning, drilling, broaching, grinding, assembly, magnetic particle inspection and painting equipment.

Completed Lean Management training classes and applied all principles to all Toyota product lines producing a 3% increase in productivity.

Completed two Six Sigma Black Belt projects, productivity improvement and scrap reduction together on a Ford Sun Gear. Productivity improvement on Daimler Chrysler drums housing by reducing flaking material on flow form process.

Completed Kaizen training and participated in twenty two different Kaizen events making production, quality, cost reduction and safety improvements to the manufacturing floor.
