Examples include v19 upgrade, MPOS delivery to stores, stabilization of stores as part of the Oracle Cloud Merchandising cloud migration; Holiday Readiness releases and CURV pilots. My prior experience in Agile Methodologies has helped my team implement an Agile track for several projects.

As a member of the Store Systems team, I have served as technical lead on several projects. Examples include v19 upgrade, Automic scheduler migration, XOCS migration, Store Inventory Management, Customer Assistance Tool, MAO Upgrade, and Retail Transaction Log modifications. I have worked with the entire Oracle POS architecture including MPOS, Xcenter, and xadmin. As technical lead I have been able to leverage my superb organization skills and technical savvy, in order to coalesce our team to meet the aggressive targets set by leadership so we could innovatively overcome challenges to achieve the goals.

As technical lead of several projects, one of the first milestones is to understand the requirements/objectives from our business team and translate them into technology and operational processes to help our offshore teams implement the desired features and functionality.
