Payroll

Manage and process bi-weekly US payroll (38 states), using ADP WFN and UKG (minimum 400 exempt employees and 1300 non-exempt), with gross earnings between $4-$7M each pay period.

Manage the following payroll processes for an accurate and timely payroll: base pay, time entry, overtime calculations, leave of absence, sick leave, health/statutory/supplemental benefits, payroll taxes, imputed income, and retro/termination checks.

Manage and process monthly/annual bonuses and other special payroll runs as needed.

Manage W2s (reporting of FSA, GTL, and cost of employer-sponsored health care) and W2Cs.

Partner with finance team to ensure all payroll accounting is completed accurately and timely for month-end close.

Partner with the HR and Legal teams to develop payroll best practices, guidelines, and procedures, and complete end-to-end root-cause analysis on employee and HR payroll issues as needed (US and Canada).

Partner with the payroll global director to develop, implement and maintain key policies and procedures for payroll (US and Canada).

Support HR team with payroll implementation on HRIS and time and attendance systems.

Support annual worker’s comp audit and 401(k) audit (5500 Report).

Responsible for the data integrity of company personnel and payroll records.

Responsible for preparing and maintaining journal entries in ADP, upload into Oracle or NetSuite for month-end close.

Responsible for stock compensation (RSU) payroll reporting.

Stay current on latest payroll related regulations issues by federal/state/local governments; inform management/legal and propose procedure and policy changes as needed.

Accounts Payable:

Review and process payments for $3M+ annually of travel and entertainment expenses.
