2005–2022
Technical oversight of R&D and manufacturing of flow metering technology. Technical oversight of R&D and Service deployment for Power generation condenser instrumentation and services. Developed a team that specialized in Power generation condenser maintenance and upgrades. This work was a passion of mine for the entire duration. Earned patents for work in the field and considered a world expert in the field of Power Generation Condenser technologies. Intek – Project Manager

Lead designer and co-developer for integrating business quality processes consistent with an ISO 9001:2015 accredited program. The technologies were implemented into a Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP and a custom quality dashboard with a MS SQL backend. The system touched every aspect of the business from quoting through production to post shipping customer satisfaction and from purchasing through accounting to monthly financial and production reports.
