October 2021-Present

Oversaw construction of pile supported 145,000 square feet, three level project. This included managing day to day operations of six subcontractor groups. Completion of project was done on time and within the $10 million budget.

Coordinated with parish and state officials to complete numerous inspections of project.

SUPERINTENDENT, NEW ORLEANS IRONWORK

Belle Chasse, Louisiana

February 2018-October 2021

Managed the structural steel renovation of Booker T Washington Auditorium. 12-month duration, $1 Million renovation. 10,000 sq/ft project utilizing 15 tons of steel.

Supervised the repairs to the facade brick relief angles for the Oschner Hospital located on Jefferson Hwy Main Campus. These repairs on the Oschner facility were completed in six months by our five-man crew. The removal and replacement of new brick relief angles for 8 floors on the facility.

Managed team who completed the full steel reinforcements for floors 30 – 34 in the World Trade Center located in Downtown New Orleans. Total square footage for this project was 25,000 and used 50 tons of steel. The timely completion of this job created revenues of $5 million dollars for New Orleans Ironwork. The finished space is now the Observation Deck for the general public to visit.

Currently supervising the additions of new steel bracing for structural integrity at Caesars Casino in Downtown New Orleans.

ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT, MCDONNEL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

January 2015-January 2018

Assistant Superintendent in charge of all field operations. 2015 supervised the new construction of Ray Abrams School in New Orleans East. Was in charge of all field operations; supervised all carpenters, laborers and coordinated subs for 36 million dollar project. Ray Abrams School is 139,406 square feet, 3 story building with the capacity to accommodate 1,000 students.

2016 and 2017 Assistant Superintendent for the Jung Hotel Redevelopment. A complete historic restoration to preserve the 108-year-old downtown New Orleans landmark building. The Jung Hotel is a 17-story building and is 550,00

0 square feet. For the Jung Hotel Redevelopment (an 85 million dollar project) responsibilities included total restoration of 9 elevators, all rooftop and rooftop experiences (20 roofs), 19th floor new pool construction (structural steel and handrails to accommodate pool), renovation of 12th Floor (VIP Floor) - new structural steel.

Supervised the renovation of several buildings at Nunez Community College (damage was due to Hurricane Katrina).
