Rohri, Sukkur.

Worked in Rohri Cement Plant having 5000 ton/day capacity at Rohri, Sukkur.

The major activities were:

• Planning and designing of Electrical system for Rohri Cement Plant.

• Supervision of erection of two transformers 20/26 MVA complete with all components and accessories, and Electrical system of Central Control Room

(CCR).

• Planning of 132 kV Grid Station and designing of 05 Substation, (Crusher, Raw Material Storage and Conveying, Raw Material Grinding, Kiln inlet and outlet) and Cable Root of overall plant.

• Supervision of Installations of MV and LV motors, soft starters, frequency inverter, panels (MV and LV) and MCCs.

• Carried out the Cable Trenches in various required Sub-Stations.

Operation and maintenance of existing grid station 66 kV / 3.3kV, Hammer Crusher Plant, Cement Ball Mill (Capacity 700 ton / day) and Packing House.

• Co-ordination with Chinese design firms and Electrical contractors. Internships
