Resume:

Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing to express my interest in the Collector job at Zwicker & Associates, P.C.. With several years of experience in repossession and asset recovery, I am confident that my skills and abilities will be an asset to your team. Throughout my career, I have developed strong customer service skills and experience in dealing with difficult situations. In my previous role as a West Valley Operations Recovery Specialist at Southwest Recovery, I was responsible for managing and overseeing all operations in a high stress, fast-paced environment. This experience has taught me how to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and think critically in order to make quick decisions.

Additionally, I have experience driving a variety of vehicles, including company-issued trucks and tow trucks with LPR cameras. As a result, I have a clean driving record and am comfortable driving in various conditions. I am also enrolled in the CompTIA A+ Certification Program, which demonstrates my commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

While I have enjoyed my time working in repossession and asset recovery, I am now seeking a new challenge in a different field. I believe that my transferable skills, combined with my strong work ethic and dedication to customer service, make me an ideal candidate for the Collections job.

Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss my qualifications further.

Sincerely,

Michael S. Boyea
