Growing up in the construction business as a Central Valley native and now directing compliance for manufacturing in Texas, I hope my overall experience can demonstrate my personal growth in different sectors both geographically and professionally.

My resume included can give you a brief description of the types of experience acquired throughout my time living in El Paso, Texas the last twenty-one years. As I mentioned before, I worked in construction for over 15 years, beginning as a crew member learning to operate heavy machinery, welding, then moving up to oversee the on-site project management. Since moving to Texas, project management and accounting have been my focus in manufacturing, logistics, and human resources duties that matured my management skills.

During the period of employment with my previous employer I witnessed an expansion in production capacity along with the benefits of increased capacities to fulfill all expectations for customers. Taking ownership of newly established projects only broadened my responsibilities starting as Executive Administrator, strengthening my experience in new areas that led me to become Compliance Director. Such responsibilities included supervision of procurement and purchasing departments, enforcing compliance in all departments, along with regular duties overseeing the Accounting & Human Resource Department while meeting regulatory guidelines.

The effort put forth by our team remains evident with the creation of new specialized positions and data driven procedures that were implemented in order to abide by a higher level of compliance with industry standards. Compliance Director

• Served as compliance director for precision metal manufacturing company for military, energy, electrical, medical, and construction customers as the company’s accountant, human resource manager, project manager, safety inspector, DoD Liaison, Compliance Officer, ERP / MRP Administrator, IT / Network Administrator, ISO9001-2015 / ITAR Compliance Officer and internal auditor.

• Managed all project phases from initiation, planning, monitoring, to project closure, then following up with product completion surveys.

• Implementation of Health & Safety Program that resulted in passing voluntary OSHA audit.

• Procurement and purchasing management to monitor proper processing coordination with financial and accounting department guidelines, expanded into implementation of new vendor verification procedures.

• Served as Project Manager for construction doubling facility size to install new Powder-Coating Application process, this led to new responsibilities such as equipment purchasing (financing) monitor, installation front man, network-cabling updating, network administrating and security-monitoring projects.
