Optical Music Sheet Recognition Feb 2023

• As part of a group assignment, successfully developed an algorithm to detect staff lines in musical sheets using a combination of image processing techniques, including edge detection, morphological operations, and Hough transforms. Applied template matching and non-maximum suppression to accurately identify musical notes and symbols, resulting in a highly effective system for automated music recognition.
