I have over ** years of diverse experience, having held positions of increasing responsibility with notable technology firms SAP, Workday, IBM, and EDS/A.T. Kearney before transitioning into management consulting roles over the past several years.

I also was Managing Director for a boutique consulting agency in Providence, later acquired by a global services firm and appointed to Chief of Staff for the Financial Services Industry EVP. I worked across senior leadership and the field to implement a new, post-implementation go-to-market sales and delivery model.

Currently, I am an executive intermediary role to the CHRO, COO, CFO, CIO, and other leaders during enterprise transformation programs. I regularly interface with the client and third parties to mitigate risk and ensure the business achieves ROI. This role requires an executive presence as a trusted advisor and confidante, working behind the scenes to align stakeholders and execute strategy.

From 2017-19 I drove a global initiative for Workday's Managing Partner program, which served its top 150 clients worldwide. I developed the annual business plan, re-wrote the position description, and implemented best practices to continually assess the health of the customer relationship and ensure high satisfaction and growth. I also delivered an annual fiscal year outlook to the Chief Customer Officer.

While with SAP, I was appointed AIG's first global director. As the senior executive in charge for four years, I completely transformed the relationship, leading to more than $25M in SSRS revenues, increased satisfaction, and for the first time in the 15-year relationship, turned AIG into a referenceable customer. As part of this effort, I built an extended team of 25 resources and SMEs representing all areas of the SAP portfolio to ensure customer success. My tenure with SAP included a senior director role with the global business development organization, responsible for creating strategic alliances, joint ventures, and go-to-market deals.
