SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

I am a graduate of a four-year course in Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Management at Asean Development Foundation College, Tacloban City in March of 2004. I started my working career in 2005 with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) region 8. Working with LTO has given an opportunity to gain experience in an office and trainings needed for my daily work activity and office routine.

In 2007 I’ve stared venturing out to new industry which is the Business Process Outsource (BPO). The opportunity has given newer prospective in my line of work which is taking international inbound and outbound calls from foreign clients helping them with their concerns and needs. Working in the BPO set up has open new things for me like Sales training and developing my skills and myself to be the best in what I do. It also boosts my confidence to present myself over the phone and gaining the right phone etiquette. It also opens a door for me to be promoted as a sales coach.

In 2010, I have started working in corporate sales. I worked as Sales Executive in a construction company and given me a lot of experience in field sales. After gaining enough sales experiences and background, I was able to work my way up the corporate ladder and was hired as a Sales Field Manager and was able to handle people under me to manage and work with them to develop their salesmanship skills.
