We received your phone call to the VA on February 8, 2023 requesting an audit for the period of 1996 to 2014 in regards to retro active payment for your service connected Schizophrenia. (VA Form 27-0820, Report of General Information).
A review of your record shows that the rating decision of October 3, 2019 granted 100 percent for Schizophrenia effective April 22, 2016. Your compensation rate from May 1, 2014 to present pays the following:

Your were service connected at the 0% rate from June 10, 2009 and you were not receiving compensation until your April 30, 2012 grant date. This is your earliest service connected date. From 1996 until June 10, 2009 you were not service connected for any compensation. Therefore, we can not perform an audit of your compensation payments because you were not receiving any.
Your phone call to the VA on February 15, 2023 (VA Form 27-0820, Report of General Information) requested that your audit result be sent via email however, we are unable to comply with that request.
