During this time I grew from a young groudskeeper on a 170 unit, section 8 property to a seasoned service director of over 2,100 units spread over five seperate properties. I worked and gained experience in communities ranging from brand new college properties to 50 year old distressed rehabs. Through determination, hands on experience, and comprehensive training, I developed into a skilled technician as well as an accomplished team builder.

I was given an amazing opportunity to learn all aspects of ground up home construction. Within a very short time I became efficient enough to manage up to 40 new home construction projects simultaniousley. The Springs Resort and Spa

After relocating to a small mountain town this beautiful resort allowed me to bring my talent and experience to its full potential. I designed and constructed multiple water distribution systems serviced by the deepest geothermal hotsprings in the world. I was also charged with being the leading customer service and maintenance director at this flagship property. Truly an incredible experience!
