Duties and Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and explaining services provided by the facility.

• Monitoring functionality of car wash machinery and equipment.

• Performing, maintenance on car washing equipment as needed.

• Washing the interior and exterior of cars by hand, using proper equipment and cleaning agents.

• Pre washing and rinsing soiled vehicles.

• To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotels policy relating to the fire, hygiene, health and safety.

• To respond to any change in housekeeping function as dedicated by the company, hotel and industry.

• To clean each room and bathroom thoroughly, make the necessary arrangement in guest rooms and replenish guest supplies as per standards of the hotel.

• To inspect and clean all facilities, furniture and fixtures and report any damage to the floor supervisor for action and follow up.

• To provide a turn down service as per the standard require by the hotel.

• To complete information the room status report for the allocated rooms marking its status on the provided form.

• To report to the house keeping supervisor any unusual incidents, complaints, an authorized persons in rooms, missing or damaged room properties and lost and found properties

• To restock the trolley for the next day
