• Implemented a new framework to automate “Commercial Intelligence”. Surpassing top line sales of

$8Bn, with YOY growth of 12%, resulting in a President’s Award.

• Implemented SFDC (CRM) globally to over 2500 users, 68 countries, while keeping under budget by

$1.2MM. Achieved 100% utilization and adoption within the first month of launch.

• Drove customer loyalty within existing clients through Value Expansion to ~150% within 12 months,

$185MM annually

• Awarded 3 President’s awards over the past 4 years and nominated again in 2022. Director of Digital Health Systems, Learning and Development 2015-2017 Responsible for creating and implementing a curriculum to onboard personnel into this new Business Unit

• Led the design, development, and implementation of a new suite of digital systems to over 2000 users globally in 68 countries to harmonize laboratory information, eliminating timely manual effort, for optimal patient care

• Standardized a global sales process and CRM to 68 countries and 2500 users which led to better client engagements. Improved renewal rate to 99% and new Acquisition sales win rate of 65%.

• Co-Led the design, development and implementation of a gross margin program “Economic Profitability” to support double digit growth for the first time. Program drove top line growth by 12% but more importantly grew bottom line growth to 8% over previous year.
