Responsible for O&M, environmental reporting, P&L, safety, repair and replacement, and client reporting.

As a contract employee for SUEZ, I managed an engineering and procurement staff for various capital improvement projects in the Food and Beverage and Municipal divisions. Managed a seven-year Maintenance Service Contract. Responsibilities included: mobilization and management of an operating staff of 14 employees, development of Maintenance Service Plan, Standard Operating Procedures, Emergency Response Plan, Operations Plan, Water Quality and laboratory analysis, Chemical Program, Monthly Client Reports, implementation of the CMMP, budget preparation, and start up and demonstration of a newly constructed drinking water facility. Water Park II is a 240-MGD surface water treatment facility utilizing low lift pumps, coagulation/flocculation, sedimentation, intermediate ozone treatment, filtration, residuals handling, and 13 chemical feed systems. Served as Area Manager for United Water projects in Detroit MI, Freeport IL, Toronto OH, Wellsville OH, New Waterford OH, and Beloit OH. PM for a corporate SUEZ Environmental Audit at South Huron Valley Utility Authority that included the development of an Onsite Compliance Document, Self-Assessment and Audit Checklist. Preformed cost analysis and proposals for various capital improvements and designed facilities to reduce municipal surcharges on facility discharge limits, specifically pH, BOD, TSS, ammonia, and phosphorous. I also participated in marketing efforts for several industrial water and wastewater treatment facilities in Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Wisconsin, and Washington.

Processes utilized by this facility include coagulation/flocculation, filtration, disinfection, Accelator Solids Contact Clarifier, decarbonation, recarbonation, reverse osmosis, gravity thickening, plate and frame presses, and remote Biofor units.
