● Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.

● Analyse applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.

● Submit applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendation.

● Work with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways of reaching those goals.

● Negotiate payment arrangements with customers who have delinquent loans.

● Analyse potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for loans.

● Prepare reports to send to customers whose accounts are delinquent, and forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action.

History of Achievements

● As a sales representative,I was able to get new clients, maintain them and achieve a satisfied client base.

● As a banking officer,Iam able to hit set targets while acquiring general banking knowledge

● As a Landscaping Supervisor, I increased profitability through reduction in administrative costs by 5%. This was accomplished through proper time management and efficient utilisation of resources, liaising with clients in order to undertake services as is required and with the participation of the client thereby eliminating incidences of repeat of work
