Director, Product & Services (Invisalign Clear Aligners)

Responsible for managing the No. 1 brand of clear aligners through a variety of marketing programs, testing of new tactics and optimizing existing operational programs.

Grew the Invisalign product line from $100M to $160M in 2021 and $175M in 2022 by analyzing patient data and improving consumer marketing.

Developed, refined and executed programs, which delivered an incremental $26.5M in 2021.

Delivered 20%+ YoY growth on campaigns by improving existing marketing programs with better value propositions, more effective communications and stronger creative execution.

Created data and dashboard reporting that helped operations track programs, identify goals and deliver on business results, which established clarity, transparency and accountability.

Increased SEM and SEO for Invisalign 5.6x by optimizing websites with stronger content, imagery, video and calls to action (CTA).

Increased office participation in marketing activities 20%+ by promoting the hiring of an external advertising agency for the Invisalign product line. Offices increased revenue on Invisalign $1.3M to $1.5M with each marketing event based on an increased patient case from 2.7 per event to 4.2.

Developed a patient funnel dashboard that identified their journey, which led to specific marketing efforts targeting each layer of the funnel.

CARRIER – Indianapolis, IN 2018 – 2021

$17.4B multinational heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) corporation

Product Manager, Heat pumps, fan coils and geothermal residential product lines sold under Carrier, Bryant, Payne and private label brands.

Managed sustaining efforts and new product development in $1.2B product lines. Responsible for new product development, product portfolio and life-cycle management, SKU rationalization, forecasting while working within the regulatory parameters.

Retained customers during a supply shortage by creating a just-in-time process that resulted in sales of $22M out of an opportunity of $50M+.

Created a private label and a cobranding process, which increased market share 2.1 pts.

Reduced SKU count 7%, which helped inventory management and streamlined the product offering, and made it easier for customers to order while not losing any sales by converting existing customers to more profitable higher moving products.

Hired initially to manage heat pumps and fan coils, took on additional product line responsibility to manage the small, but growing, geothermal business.
