JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Dominion Diagnostics, LLC (June 2016 – October 2022)
Daily, I input the patient’s demographics, including their insurance information, perform a blood or urine collection. Accessioned the specimen to be shipped to the lab for alcohol and/or drug testing. Checked the portal for results update, print the results to give to the therapist. Checked the inventory for supplies on-hand. Ordered the necessary supplies. At the end of each day, I transported the daily collected specimens to the local FedEx store to be shipped to lab in Rhode Island.
Riverside Health Care Center (August 2022– presently)
I assist the residents with their adult nightly medications and perform vital signs documentation. I provide residents oversight and safety checks throughout the night, answer residents call lights, and assist the nursing team with other medical duties when needed. At the end of my shift, I complete the required documentation on each assigned resident.
Traditions Health and Rehab (January 2020- April 2022)
I assisted the residents with their adult daily living skills. I provided oversight and safety checks throughout the night and answer residents call lights. At the end of my shift I completed the required documentation on each assigned resident.
