Payroll Analyst

oCompile, analyze and prepare both bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll in a multi-state environment within UKG system.

o Ensure timely processing of new hires, promotions, terminations, and payroll deductions.

o Prepare termination, off-cycle, and special payments as required.

o Ensure timely payments of payroll deducted items such as FSA, HSA, and 401(k).

o Process/Maintain time off accrual balances within the payroll system including Vacation, Sick and Holiday.

o Manage the set-up and closure of state withholding accounts as needed.

oProcess monthly and biweekly payrolls for North America and Caribbean (Antigua, Grenada, Jamaica, St. Lucia and Barbados). Overseeing payroll procedures preparing reports and forecasts for senior management. Streamline payroll process. Lead Subject Matter Expert on all payroll inquiries.

oLead Payroll team with the implementation of new Global Payroll HRIS software within the International Market.

oProcess terminations within EV5 system; reconcile benefits deductions for term employees, and severance pay.

oMaintain successful relationships with HR, Benefits, Recruiting and Finance team to ensure accurate payroll processing.

oAssist the Payroll Director on special projects, system upgrades and mandated payroll reporting. Update payroll policies
