HR Policy & Welfare Measures:-

Ensuring and implementation of HR policy and welfare Measures in the units. Creating new policy based on the day to day activities required at unit levels. Making Policy amendments based on Company requirement and statutory compliance. Creating awareness about HR policy and amendments to the workers. Vendor Management:-

Followup and verifying contractors licensing.

Verifying statutory records of contractors on every month Follow up the process of RC obtaining and amendments process of principle employer. Verifying contractor’s new employee records

Drafting agreement and closing process of vendor like labour, Transport,canteen, hostel,security. ISO Audit :-

Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.

Understanding the department objectives, Risk and opportunities on above ISO standards. Providing Training hours to the employees as per ISO objectives and making records on ISO Templates. Having Adequate knowledge and maintained 6s process on HR department activities. Manpower Deployment :-

Verifying daily manpower deployment against the standard manpower. Ensuring the non excess manpower deployment.

Verifying absentiseem and Overtime Report.

Analyzing employee dropout, habitual absent employee report and Late comers. Follow-up the process of counseling requirments towards the above activities. Statutory Compliances: -

Maintaining remittance and returns of required statutory compliance like PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Panchayat Running license, Factory License, Labour welfare fund and ensuring timely submission of half yearly, annual returns & all types of exemption like (Time card, Muster roll, Overtime, Ambulance Exemption, Pressure Vessel Exemption etc) related to Inspector of Factories, Labour Department, Local government. Ensuring the activities of committees such as works committee, safety committee, mock drill, canteen committee, POSH Act, Suggestion committee, Transport Committee and Rewards committee . Wage & Salary Administration: -

Administering Payroll for staff and labour from attendance till salary credit with the Software program. Maintaining Wages & Salary Register, Attendance Register and Overtime (Form10) Register . Maintaining & verifying the process of Performance management system (PMS) for half year and one year. Ensuring on time increment and promotion process bases on company policy . HR Budget/Cost Reduction /Asset verification :-

Preparing Working expenditure for the proposed year on HR activities. Making Investment plan expenditure on HR Activities. Proposal for Cost Reduction plan on HR activities. Maintaining Assets items details on HR Department and coding process for new and existing assets items. Following the SOP process for the scrap of Assets and replacing the assets items. Union Handling

Co-ordinate and making cordial relationship with the recognized and non-recognized union representative at unit level and district level.

Having exposure on conducting Election for the purpose of recognizing the unions at unit level for negotiation talks and union subscription deductions. Settlement

Successfully Implemented productivity and wage settlement for workers for the period of 3 years. (STS) and for the staff wage settlement for 5 years (LTS) by Tripartite agreement of 12(3). Litigation /Disputes :-

Attending the legal cases on various court and supporting advocate for preparing the affidavit Providing witness on behalf of Management./ conciliation offices. Attending industrial disputes before labour commissioners. Disciplinary Proceedings

Conducting disciplinary proceedings against the delinquent workers for the misconduct mentioned in the standing orders.
