Worked for Yale Global Health Leadership Institute as a Technical Advisor & Mentor in Health Care Management Systems Strengthening for realization of Primary Health Care Transformation in Ethiopia. Through training, mentoring, technical advisory and follow up support, for 4 years, health management and leadership capacities of the local health and non-health sectors in selected woredas of Jimma Zone, SW Showa Zone and Illu Ababora Zone, and the whole Jimma zone were built.
Worked for JSI as a PHCU Reform Implementation Consultant for five months, to facilitate implementation of Primary Health Care Reform project through, training, follow up, technical support to local government leadership, PHCU working Groups, primary hospitals and health centers in Oromia and SNNP regions.

Worked for Cheshire Foundation Action for Inclusion (CFAI), local NGO working on disability focused inclusive development interventions, as a Communication & Resource Mobilization officer for the organization.
