Leads and supports the execution of the Division of Comparative Medicine (DCM) key strategic priorities, with a scope of work that includes ideation of opportunities, analysis, roadmap development, change management process, and portfolio alignment and oversight.

• Leads the development of an end-to-end change management strategy and associated implementation plans including stakeholder identification and outreach, change network development and management, organizational readiness assessments, resistance management planning, communications planning, and training program development.
