In eBay, my primary responsibility is leading product development and program management for Customer Growth & Marketing. • Directed product strategy, roadmap development and execution of AI-driven CMS platform spanning data science models, mobile, front-end, and back-end systems.

Details:

This was a large program ($50M+) for transformation of core banking platform to deliver an industry leading Banking as a Service (BaaS) platform on cloud architecture and launch new retail banking product. Role & Contribution:

• Worked with C-level executives and busines leaders to evaluate options and develop an agreed solution with product roadmap.

• Established the operating model of the program and baselining scope for multiple program phases with business stakeholders and external vendors.

• Create product roadmap and develop product briefs for product launch of Checking account including product features, money movement features, content management processes and debit card management.
