EXPERIENCE:

Once all documents are in we run the income to see if they can qualify for a modification if they do qualify we then secure the required documents for underwriting these documents include the 4506T, hardship affidavit and request for modification, once all required documents are in we order a BPO and CBR then within 24 hours of those being ordered we also order an escrow analysis to complete the package.
