I am passionate about facilitating strong connections between people. With 20 years of work experience, I’ve learned this is where my strengths meet my drive and ambitions, and that helping people exceed their own goals and expectations in meaningful ways is my calling. My core values fuel my ability to create results that make a positive impact on businesses through efficient communication, effective leadership, and creative problem solving. Leading teams, shifting perspectives and cultivating engagement, while guiding people to take ownership in becoming leaders themselves is not only incredibly fulfilling work, it directly and positively impacts a company, the culture, and the bottom line.

Business Manager & Inside Sales Representative

Uploft Interior Design

June 2022-January 24, 2023

While employed by Uploft, I served as both the Business Manager and Inside Sales representative. In my first 3 months as the Business Manager, I facilitated strong relationships with the owner, our designers, our administrative, and contract teams. I managed the Inside Sales representative, and created connections with each person to understand improvement opportunities, and build a foundation for EOS implementation as an Integrator. After 3 months, the Inside Sales role was left open, and I offered to temporarily step in to continue driving sales. I learned the role quickly, and continued to work in both capacities until the end of January.

Practice Manager

WNC Audiology

May 2016 - June 2022

I began with WNC Audiology as the receptionist and sole employee to the owner. In 3 months, the practice had doubled in both profit and size. After 1 year, we brought on another receptionist and a part time audiologist. Every year, (save for 2020), the practice continued to double. Before leaving, the practice was on track to meet our goals for the year, showing full recovery from 2020. As the Practice Manager I took on an extensive list of roles, reinforcing a well-rounded set of abilities and strengths. Team Manager and Floral Designer

2008-2016

During my time as a floral designer and team leader, I learned that helping people realize their potential, and being resourceful to solve problems quickly under pressure, were situations I shined the brightest in. I also learned that hard deadlines were surprisingly inspiring challenges to meet, especially for people in moments they will remember forever.
