ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES IN VDART:
US FINANCE DEPARTMENT
Timesheets collection from Consultants and Vendors
Process monthly basis timesheet of candidates and Vendors.
Create the file for internal record
Enroll employee on Master sheet for HR connection and benefits
Create client Invoices in QuickBooks.
Taking & Calculating hours for Resource from client’s portal & Manual Timecards
Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly end reports for all the candidates and vendors.
Interacting with clients for resolving timesheet related issues.
Preparing Receipts reports on a monthly basis for client wise that helpful to recoverthe pending Invoices.
Recording received payments in QuickBooks and matching with Bank statement.
US HR DEPARTMENT
Work strategically with external legal services to develop contracts, including statements of work, that meet Company business objectives
Prepare, review, revise, and redline legal Client / Vendor / Candidate documents and contracts as directed with utmost accuracy and detailing
Support development of large, strategic proposals using industry best practices
Assist in formulating proposal win strategies and integrating them into the proposal
Initiate proposal guidance documents such as outline, schedule, compliance matrix, and cross-reference matrix
Anticipate contract issues/actions and provide contractual guidance to technical, business, and executive personnel that maximizes cost effectiveness and minimizes the Company's exposure to contractual and financial risk
Review and process agreements for internal and external signature including collecting and documenting relevant approvals
Maintaining all risk and contractual documents for the life of each project, including subcontracts

Submission Tracker maintained for appraisal purpose
Track candidate’s activities through phone calls and emails
