o Reviewed all plan drawings and coordinated the MEP layout prior to rebar placement for concrete slab rough-in.

o Coordinated and confirmed all MEP rough-in, unit and corridor layout, and assured all MEP in-wall rough and framing maintained with plan drawings. o Managed all interior installation and finishes, including cabinets, countertops, plumbing, flooring, appliances, light fixtures, tile back splashes, interior trim/doors/hardware, prep, and final paint for the project, including corridors.

Exterior Finsihes:

• Nomia - $220M, a new micro-unit high-rise in Midtown Atlanta, located on 17th and Peachtree Street. The 33-story building includes a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. o Conducted daily exterior inspections using a 30ft swing stage to inspect the exterior of the building and record all findings using Procore construction software. o Responsible for managing and correcting all field reports from third-party consultants such as WJE & Vertical Solutions for waterproofing components. o Oversaw and coordinated the installation of the exterior sheathing, including the Exo-air Securock 430 system, Exo-air Self-adhered air & vapor 110AT Tape, ExoAir 130 Fluid- Applied Synthetic Air and Vapor Barrier Membrane, and Dymonic 100 High-Performance, High-Movement Single-Component, Polyurethane Sealant. o Managed the installation of curtain and window walls, including concrete impede placement, exterior framing rough opening dimension, exterior glazing sealant, thermal break sealant, header alignment, frame plumb, and ASTM E1105 field test determination of water penetration windows, doors, curtain walls.

o Coordinated the installation of exterior metal panels, including measuring Z-girt width & depth, rockwool insulation peel pins, exterior panel interlock system, exterior panel alignment & joint dimension, exterior panel joint sealant, and exterior garage wind screen system. o Oversaw the installation of the exterior waterproofing system, including hot applied rubberized asphalt, felt applied water barrier, drain waterproof barrier, insulation board for planters, root barrier for planters, elastomeric & traffic coating. 3
