JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Strategies
Conducting a Skills gap analysis to identify the current skills possessed by the workforce and the future skills requirements, which will be used to refine the talent acquisition and recruitment strategies and conducting data analysis of employee engagement and retention, turnover rates, and workforce demographics to identify areas for improvement in the Human Resources function.
Developing metrics and measures to track the progress and effectiveness of HR strategies and making adjustments as needed and conducting research and staying current on best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements related to HR strategies
Collaborating and communicating effectively with different stakeholders including senior leaders, HR teams and employees on the progress and outcome of the implementation
Talent Acquisitions / Recruitment / Onboarding / Culture / Engagement / Exits
Creating recruitment strategies, succession plans, and recruitment efforts based on skills gap analysis data for internal and external hires, including training and development programs to address the skills deficiencies and ensure employees readiness for current and future roles.
Developing and maintaining processes, systems to streamline the recruitment and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Hands-on in performing and leading the team members, recruitment managers and head hunters for the full-cycle recruitment processes & implementing strategies with the use of jobs board platforms and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to effectively manage the talents
Managing and developing all the job description for job advertisement in different online jobs board and collaboration with the external recruiters, organizations, universities and manpower agencies to make sure that the talent pipeline is intact & ready to fill any vacancies at any given time.
Managing onboarding, cross-boarding and off-boarding, for local and expatriate managers, communicating and enforcing company policies and culture, implementing engagement strategies for employee retention.
Preparing and submitting the necessary documentation, such as employment contracts, document authentication and Apostille, employment permits, and working visa application documents, to the relevant labor and immigration authorities on behalf of expatriate managers.
Overseeing the exit process, ensuring strict adherence to established standard operating procedures (SOPs), and conducting exit interviews
Compensation and Benefits
Managing, designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization's overall business strategy to attract and retain top talent also conducted a salary benchmarking to ensure that the company's compensation package is competitive with market competitors, and use the findings as a basis for developing rewards and recognition
Overseeing the payroll process to ensure compliance with all government-mandated benefits, verify that payroll calculations are accurate, and ensure that employee salary is paid on time
Employee Relations
Assessing, updating, developing, and implementing policies for grievances management, ensuring strict adherence to the principle of due process.
Developing employee handbook & make sure that all processes are in accordance with the laws
Analyzing the strategies and discerning the cost and policy implications of negotiations and disputes including pay scales and wages, benefits, working conditions, etc. and do research and clarify the legal matters concerning employment and collaborate with the legal team for labor cases / addressing the government intervention in labor issues
Employee’s coaching to help them achieve their potential and align/harmonize their direction with the Company’s goal.
Organizational Development
Analyzing the business structures, procedures, processes, and utilization of resources and design developmental initiatives, action plans, programs and training interventions.
Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives and optimizing manpower utilization through cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation.
Developing employee’s KPI to measure the employee’s performance and develop strategies and intervening the low performing employees and measuring the impact of interventions on performance, retention and job satisfaction.
