Advice implementation of the project health and safety plan to upgrade safety where possible along with the progress of the project,

Inspect working areas to detect and correct unsafe /unhealthy situation and to organize safety education and training of the workforce and all other staff.

Keeping the project management appraised of current occupational safety and health act developments that affect job-site personnel.

Organize safety inspections, perform, regular toolbox meetings at different timings and levels and organize training sessions on safety with different levels of supervisors and execution.

Report unsafe situations and monitor implementation of remedial actions as recommended as our company job description in quality.

Issue in strict co-operation with the construction manager, all necessary verbal and written instructions to and from the project manager in order to prevent the risk of any accident referring to our company policy and the clear instruction from General Manger which give the authority to stop any danger work.

Deal with emergencies, ensure that all emergencies are operable, conduct investigation of accidents/near misses, inclusive reporting to the project management for transmission to the client and/or the authorities as and when applicable.

Make sure those safe working procedures for any hazardous work has been established and give advice to the project management on all safety matters.

Prepare, and maintain all safety related reports and monitor closely all quality records for safety and fire prevention equipment.

Perform all other miscellaneous working to safety, traffic, fire, environment, security and health matters.

Supervise all subcontractors’ safety requirements, evaluate their performance to safety and have them abided by the same rules and regulations.

Oversee and participate in safety education programs for both supervisors and employees which may involve special training
